A customer is busy shopping on your website… let’s call him Sam.

Step 1

Sam’s finds the perfect product. It’s exactly what he’s looking for.

Step 2

So he clicks a button and OFA’s shopping cart springs to action.

Step 3

Sam pays with his credit card and receives an email confirmation.

Step 4

OFA quickly pick, pack and despatch Sam’s order.

Step 5

Sam is sent a tax invoice and a number so he can track his order.

Step 6

The package arrives in the mail and Sam’s a happy man.

Step 7

At the end of the month the payment less fees are paid to you.
